On mothers day me my mother two sister in laws and my sister in laws mother came into the shop to get our nails done. Also my eye brows. All of us had a great experience and our nails were beautiful.....All exept....One of my sister in laws set next to me. They are committing CC fraud they charged my CC twice. And tried to claim that my daughter did it and they had video proof of this. They told me the only way I could see the video is I had to call the police 1st. My daughter said call the police mom because I did not do this. I called the police and when the officer arrived he asked to see the video. Well guess what they didn't have the video??? But they are still trying to claim that my daughter charge my CC. Worst nail salon in Jacksonville. All of the employees were rude. Anytime I specified what I'd like the nail technician ignores what I was saying. My nails looked awful and the paint came off in three days. My eyebrows looked awful as well. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone.

I have been a loyal customer for two years now and never had a problem until now. I normally have acrylic put on my nails and this time I decided to try the gel (the nail tec said it was much stronger and natural looking.) Well the next day my nails were lifting, so I returned to have them fix them and when I did they wanted to put acrylic on them, so I said if they did then I wanted a refund of the 10 dollar difference.
