Oh my!! What a wonderful, friendly experience and I can't believe how long they're nail polish has lasted! I received my pedicure on 12/11, prior to going out of town. It is now 01/11 and polish is still holding solid! No flaking or peeling, regular polish, not gel. Only flaws are wear from my shoes and nail growth. I've never had polish last this long!
Today I went in to get a black french tip manicure. Nails turned out good. However, the man that did them was the rudest nail tech I’ve ever had. He was so sarcastic and mean. He didn’t get all the color off of my previous manicure (see photo). I asked for almond and he gave me stiletto, so I asked him to round the tips out a bit and he scoffed and told me those were round. I apologized. Excellent. Diane was quick. Not full yet Pleasant place to be in today. The quality pictures online pulled me towards this location as one of my options out of two today.
I’ve had more bad than good experiences coming here and this was no exception. I came in with gel polish on my natural nails and just wanted to get another gel manicure. The service took just over an hour, way too long. She spent at least 30 minutes removing the gel polish, knicked me once with the electric file because she wasn’t paying attention, and took a phone call in the middle of my service.
