Staff is very rude. They ask what color so I told them which color and was told I was being difficult for wanting specific color.
This is the worst service I have ever received. Three days after getting acrylics, one of them broke. I went back to have it fixed, but after waiting an hour and a half, the man who attended to me seemed angry and acted rudely. He began removing the remaining acrylic by simply yanking it off with a pair of pliers. I told him several times that it hurt, but he just got angrier—until I finally stood up because it felt like he was tearing off my natural nail. I will never go back to that place again.
I got a pedicure, full set, and eyebrows waxed. Lyn was amazing as usual. The vibes are nice, the customer service is on point. And they move as fast as they need too not as you want! Excellent service and my nails are amazing. We love you Lyn girl 😘
I loved it the service was great. I love how they made their customers feel comfortable.
