Love love love Nails One ! They always take really good care of me when my daughter and anyone else that comes for an appointment! I highly recommend ive been going for about 8 years now !
got my nails done here and horrible experience; the person doing my nails kept on messing them up and the owner came over having to fix them and it took almost 2 hours and the person was drilling my skin so hard it was bleeding and cuts on multiple fingers. don't go here if u want to be in pain the whole time.
I previously reviewed this place when they were decent. Then owner, Tom, wasn't pleasant and doesn't take responsibility when he messes up and burns your fingers and cuts your skin. His professionalism is nonexistent and he screams at customers to the point where I've watched many customers, including myself, walk out. I can’t get over how much I love my nails! So much time and attention and they really listened to me. I often get tips and then immediately want them off because they are too thick or uncomfortable. These are amazingly easy to adjust to. Prices are reasonable and everyone is friendly. Also got a pedicure and it was clean, the massage chair was lovely, and they don’t pressure to to get gel if you just want regular polish. Will be back soon!
They helped me out with a problem with the skin on my feet as a result of chemotherapy.
