Im changing my review.. from xmas till now something changed I had horrible service.. I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience. I went in for a mani-pedi with shellac, expecting a relaxing and quality service, but that’s not what I got at all. I walked into the nail salon at 7:00 pm and even though the nail salon closes at 7:30 pm Kai still accepted me. He went above and beyond even suggested better/trendier design even though it was past closing time. Kai has an eye for detail and goes above and beyond!Thank you!!
First time I got shellac it was great and lasted weeks woth no chilling. Second time I went and it started chipping the next day (shellac) and as nice as the nail tech was it felt rushed and like my hands weren't under the cure light long enough. :( so I give it a 2.5 - 3 rating.
This is the second time I’ve been to this location, and unfortunately I’ve had the same issue both times. Last year I got my nails done and the polish started chipping within two days. I went back and they kindly fixed it, but the same thing happened again shortly after. I recently went back again hoping it would be better, but sadly the nail polish started chipping again within two days.
