My friend and I went to Nails of America last Sunday. I had the 40$ pedicure, 20 manicure with the 5$ cuticle cutting, and added parafen wax treatment (as it was offered but no price given). I chose polish from an area that was not extra for toes and then did shilac for my fingernails. Ever since I went, my toes near around the nails are painful as are my fingers and my manicure is already wearing/showing real nail where I had asked it to be covered. Sorry you had a bad experience at Nails of America, your friend Vanessa whom you came in with wanted to get your nails redone 5 days later and we have approved it. Now I also offered you to get your shellac redone, but you don’t want your shellac redone until next week, keep in mind we guarantee our products for 10 days. Per our phone conversation it seems you want more than a nail fix and we cannot offer that. Sorry we cannot meet your expectation.
My friend and I went in on Sunday. I asked for a new full set because my natural nails bend easily and will separate. She told me I didn’t need that, and proceeded to do a fill instead of a new set like I asked. The lady who did my toes didn’t shape them correctly and left sharp points. Now it is Thursday and my toenails have caught on things and broken and my finger nails have separated just as I told the tech they would. I overpaid for the subpar service I received. Very disappointed.

Great place. Everyone was friendly and helpful! Henry ,Sue, Ann and the girl that did my toes were wonderful!!!! I highly recommend them. They take care of you from the time you call and make the appointment , all tue way to putting your shoes on and walking out the door. Try the Vietnamese coffee, it is great too!!!!

Love going to this salon and very safe with this virus scare. They are very thorough and clean. Get my Dipping with Bella now. They are strong and never come off like other salons. I drive past many salons to have the experience here. Keep up the great work!
Henry & Linda are my little sister & I’s go to!! They listen to exactly what we want & execute perfectly as well as offer their professional opinions on nail ideas! I never thought i would be a fan of almond but with some convincing Henry helped me stepped out of my comfort zone & i am so glad he did!!
