Absolutely the worst experience I have ever received in 20 years. I was a new customer, I came in for a service for new a set and was offered dipping powder. Upon my return I requested a fill for my nails and was told they don’t offer a re-fill on powder dipped nails? They went on to say I need a new set? Why was this not explained upon receiving my new set? It is not a normal expectation to get a new set every two weeks? Worst customer service ever. I would have expected them to at least offer me a discount off a new servic... read more
