I’ve gone there a number of times and have always been treated very kindly and my manicures grow out before they chip (I get gel french manicures and I’m very hard on them!) I usually bring my niece or sister and one time they made room for 4 of us as walk ins. While you may have to wait if they are busy, they are more than accommodating - the only time I’ve even seen anything in the realm of rudeness has been from customers who can’t get right in.
Nails lovida is my favorite place to relax and go to to feel beautiful � I just went for the second time for my 16th Birthday and I had an amazing nail technician (Kathy). She is amazing at what she does and I can’t wait to go back for my fill

I went in for a shellac. By the next evening, my nails were chipped. Now 4 days after and the gel is lifting up. So unsatisfied.

Uou should let us look at it and fix then we know what went wrong.. there are many problems can make nails doesnt stick.
