The atmosphere was calm and quiet the nail technician and the other technician that did my pedicure were very friendly and attentive I will definitely go there again

I visited Nails & Lounge today for a pedicure. The salon is very clean and their service was excellent! I went during the early afternoon on a Wednesday when it was quiet and peaceful. I’m definitely able to say I had the best pedicure experience I’ve ever had in my life. This is saying a lot since I get pedicures every 2-3 weeks, and have for well over 20 years. The pedicure package I chose for today wasn’t cheap, but to me…. it was well worth it! (they offer various levels of pricing)
I called close to closing to get a pedicure. They said it was OK to come. Nancy did a good job and was so kind.
Tommy is a nice person but I don’t go for the niceness! I have real nails and I have had to replace them twice within two weeks. First sign! And today he had the audacity to say that if I didn’t like his service I didn’t have to come back lol ooh don’t worry I won’t!!! The fact that you were not even willing to fix what you messed up was diabolical!! And you lost a good one! 🤞🏽
