Bad experience. Took my little girl with me. They sat her down for a pedi and I went to the restroom. By the time i got out less than 5 minutes later, the lady was already painting her nails. She also pretended to clip her just clipped toe nails. $20!!!! I asked for the pedi with the 15 minute massage and extra exfoliation knowing my feet weren't that bad, but wanted the extra care. My pedicure was awesome... Betty is amazing and funny!!! I would recommend her services to anyone. I do agree that the man and lady at the front desk (possible owners-- husband and wife) are not hospitable and when I first walked in, they did not even acknowledge me. I had to ask for a pedicure twice before they accommodated me. So, service (Betty) is amazing but front desk customer service is lacking.
I have been coming here for 5 years now and wont go anywhere else. I love how i rarely have to wait and that they always know that I prefer a male manicurist. I never spend a whole bunch, but am treated like I do! I had Kingsly last time and will go back to him. He was very gentle with my sensative fingers!!
