Absolutely horrible quality, dirty towels, unskilled personnel.
I got a chrome done and it was off within 2 days- the work was shabby and when I did raise my concern, the staff very casually asked me to not do chrome and pick another color without even apologizing for it.
Nails & I salon caters to my desires the way I want. They're able to work diligently and patiently even with some of my most challenging designs. Been coming here for the last 3 years, after trying most of the surrounding downtown nail businesses, who just don't offer the attention to detail like they do here. Thank you Ms Cleo for teaching me to shape my nails naturally the way they grow "round" !!
Don’t go here. This is what i asked for.. this is what i got. $72 later for PLAIN GEL. Absolutely not.
Horrible experience my nails are so wide and took so long to do and so overpriced
