Got into a argument with the lady, she did my nails with dip powder instead of acrylic and claimed it was the same thing and I like my nails very long, they were breaking everyday it was horrible!!! And they are very expensive for no reason !! Will not ever return, (jersey city native)
I just moved to the area & I'm going on a trip to Mexico very soon. So I decided to stop by at this nail salon to get a quick eyebrow wax. I walk in and the place is empty on a Wednesday afternoon. One of the workers (a nice Hispanic lady with a long ponytail) brought me to the waxing room. I asked for thinner and sharper eyebrows. I also showed her a picture of how I usually got them done. Worst manicure I have ever gotten. Came in for gel extensions and they came out so thick and uneven, they refused to make them thinner, and the nails also did not even go down to my cuticles. They looked grown out before I even left the salon. If i had had the time, I would have had them removed right then and there because thats how bad they looked. They also charged me over $100, which is not a great price for the area. I will not be returning.
Absolutely horrible quality, dirty towels, unskilled personnel.
