Got a regular pedicure, no polish. Just needed my feet to be taken care of. Also got a chin wax and I have PCOS but she did a good job. Made sure to get all the hair.
I've visited this salon a few times because it is convenient, but my last experience was very disappointing. I chose a color from their nail palette, but the shade applied by the male nail technician looked completely different from what I selected. When I asked him to show me the bottle before he could start applying, he refused and responded with an attitude. I'm very unhappy with their services and won't be returning.
I was told about this nail salon and immediately regretted my decision to come here the minute after I left. Lian was my tech… she was quick to answer my Instagram messages and book me in for an appointment….when I arrived I let her know I have natural nails and only want shellac. She insisted MULTIPLE times to do powder, and I said no each time. She filed my NATURAL nails so paper thin.
