Very poor customer service. I have been coming to this nail salon for nearly 10 years, and this is the first time I have experienced such an unpleasant interaction, even just while booking an appointment and asking a simple question. The way I was spoken to was disappointing and unprofessional, especially considering I have been a long-time loyal customer and have referred others to this business over the years. Needs new staff. My mother went in for a pedicure and asked the employee what they would do for any dead skin (very common questions) and was met with a rude and unwelcoming staff member belittling her for her lack of knowledge. When I asked them for the manager they hid and spoke in their native language and left me standing until I told them all I wanted was an apology for my mother. Unfortunately I would not recommend this spot. I have been here twice. It seems like they have some staff not really trained in my opinion. The lady was young and had her kit with her and broke a part of my nail when drilling. She spoke to the manager showing him my nail and spoke in their language and when I noticed I said that it was drilled too much and the nail broke and they denied it and the man said it was like that which was not true. Stay away!!!! I’ve been a loyal customer every two weeks for the past year. I even bring my family and friends here. There has been multiple times now where Steven (the owner who sits at the front desk) argues with you about discounts/promotions that the nail salon texts you. He gaslights you, is condescending and just overall rude. I came for the last time Feb 22 and showed my nail tech the text and she said I am eligible for the 10% off as my service was over $50.
