I had a total of 4 appointments over 8 weeks.I was always on time and always tipped. Even when the technicians made mistakes it was okay and I let it slide. This place is expensive ($100 for dip mani and basic gel pedi) Two days before my next appointment I get a text from the owner;"Hi. This is *** from Nails Euphoria. Im sorry we are going to have to cancel your appointments and any appointments going further. After a discussion with the rest of the staff, we just dont think we can accommodate you to your liking and think ... read more

As stated in the text that Ive sent you, after discussing with my staff, we do not feel that we can accommodate you to your liking, and that you should find a different salon to assist with your future needs. We did not want to explain any further as it would be more unprofessional to attack your character. I actually find it extremely rude of you to bash our business in the way that youve done.For the 4 appointments, youve rescheduled over 6 times!
