I called this salon for a pedicure on accident thinking it was the one in white oak, Pa. I got a call that morning stating I wasn’t at the appointment and I apologized for calling the wrong salon. The women on the phone was very unprofessional, calling me 3 times to argue and leaving a nasty voice message. I’ve been going to this salon for a few months, and while things started off fine, the quality and professionalism have seriously gone downhill. I got a Gel-X set and one nail broke just four days in. I didn’t make a fuss. When I came back for a refill, I asked the tech to make sure the nail wouldn’t break again. He brushed it off and gave me a flimsy, short fill—even after I asked for a longer one. Surprise: it broke again, two days into my vacation. The gentleman I had did a very good job. I got an acrylic gel fill. The only thing is he jerked my hand often. Trying to get me adjusted. He seemed distracted and looked around often. Didn’t seem to care I was there. And I felt like somehow he was mad at me lol. But in the end… he did a very good job. And the price was fine. So if you want to feel less than or you’re okay with that then I’d recommend this place and him.
