I inquired about gel removal service over the phone, but the person who responded was very rude for no reason. She said she could do it, but that it will look terrible if I don’t get gel manicure afterward. I didn’t understand what she said very well so took a few seconds to process it, and she immediately goes “why are you so rude?”. I guess she was offended that I’m only trying to remove my gel? Never going here.
I came in for a regular manicure and happened to mention to Jenny I thought I was going to get engaged soon. She suggested a chrome French manicure instead and it came out BEAUTIFUL. I shared my engagement photos with family, friends, CLIENTS, and got countless compliments on how perfect my manicure was. Jenny is the best!!!
Jenny is lovely! She is patient and understanding. She understood exactly what length i wanted, specially bcs I myself told her, not too long but not too short which isnt a great description of what i wanted but she understood :)

I have been going to Jenny since I moved to Jersey City over 3 years ago. She may be no-nonsense when it comes to her scheduling, but she never disappoints. I have a standing monthly appointment with her (yes, the fills last a whole month) and you cannot find the quality and consistency of her nails for her pricing anywhere else.
