I have never been so disappointed in a business. I had an appointment for over 2 months for a very important event. They texted me 1 hour before my appointment and said they were running behind and needed to push it back 15 minutes. I said fine, drove 30 minutes across town and arrived 4 minutes late, staying in communication with them to let them know. I arrived and they texted me I would need to reschedule.
