I got a refill done here for the very first time yesterday, Billy did a design I did NOT ask for, didn't file the powder from under the nails or clean then up, the gel he placed on my nails has bubbles on each nail....... Very upset and disappointed. This place is not all what it's made up to be. They wont even take these off and give me a refund.
Had my first real nail design done with Billy. He did a better job than the Pinterest photo I showed him!! Totally impressed!! amazing place and service!!
