I recently came to Nailology with a friend who had a waxing appointment, so I was there as a guest observing the experience. The space itself is really nice and gives off a relaxing vibe , which is why this was disappointing. During the appointment, the technician, Chau, appeared to reuse waxing sticks rather than disposing of them after each use. The atmosphere is so relaxing and calming. My service was excellent. There is attention paid to such small details that overall elevates the experience.
