I called this company today because I actually confused them with the new Nailed It DIY studio coming to Summerville . Nailed It Home Repairs was the first thing to pop up so I figured maybe they did DIY stuff as well as repairs I called once with no answer and when listening to the voicemail, I couldn’t catch the number of the secondary person to call so I called again to see if I could get the number . I had a great experience with Nailed It Home Repairs. The communication between me, Sherrie, and Shane was fantastic. Shane came out and gave me a free estimate for the work I wanted done. I ended up hiring him to build an awning style pergola, put down new tile in both bathrooms, and replace a light fixture in my kitchen. Sherrie submitted everything to my HOA for my pergola, and followed up with them. This company has the worst ethics and business practices I have experienced for a contractor. I contacted them about having my front door replaced and was quoted $200-250 for the slab, installing all of the hardware, and caulking around the door. When I received the written quote, it changed to $250-300, depending on the ease of the job. I agreed that was fair and he commenced work.
