I’ve been coming here for years on and off. I come when they’re the only ones available and I keep saying I’m going to leave a review but I forget. Let me start off by saying their prices are INCONSISTENT!!! They change the prices depending on their mood. I noticed if it’s slow and empty they up their prices probably trying to make up for their loss. I get the SAME exact thing always which is short French tip. They took me right a away this was the inspiration of what I wanted but in purple to go with my fit . I have an old lady do my toe nails and she kept missing up which idk how because it just plain simple . At the same time they were doing my fingernails the lady didn’t even clean them before putting the glue . She didn’t do anything to them she just started putting acrylic . I can verify with the other reviewer that Lily is very rude. I would avoid her if you prefer to not bleed when having your cuticles cut. As well as being rough and rude, be careful with her trying to do two full separate charges you separately for removals and manicures. Shoutout to the receptionist, however, for not only catching the double charge, but arguing with Lily why it shouldn't be done. She's the sole reason why it is not a 1-star review

This is the nail shop near my house, so Imgoing to give a very honest appraisal: ProsFor a basic acrylic set (no design, no add ons) they are fine. The eyebrows are really fast and good. The service is comparable to a hole in the wall nail shop in South LA, so good to middling. Cons: Do not come in here expecting to have a real nail tech, designs, are a long lasting set, a manicurist who can help you improve your nailbeds, or nail growth. Just dont. They are Basic. The word for this shop is BASIC BETTY. Period.
