Update: Gigi no longer works here and Randy only works part-time. GiGi does an excellent job with nails. I brought in a photo, and she did an excellent job replicating it. Also, I had a deluxe pedicure. It was amazing! GiGi was busy, and I couldn't wait, so I tried Kyle. And just like that, Kyle became my new favorite nail tech! Sorry GiGi.
when u ask for ivy they will give someone else….
I know everyone wants to go to Ivy, but it’s not fair to people who stay and wait their turn. People grab a number and leave, but when their number is called, nobody comes. Then, when you think it’s your turn, the person comes back and tries to jump ahead in line. This happened to me 5-6 times today while I waited 4 hours for my appointment. There should be a clear rule or sign that says: ‘If you leave and miss your number, you lose your spot.’ That would make it fair for everyone.”
