Very unsanitary, I got a $65 Jelly pedicure and things were going good until he didn't drain the jelly and started doing the pedicure while asking me to stick my foot back into the jelly. He would wipe the jelly off my foot. The tools he uses didn't come out of an autoclave , just random tools in a bucket, he did spray alcohol on them, but didn't let it sit and kept proceeding. It’s filthy inside. They are disgusting i went today it was flies all in the shop they double dip when they wax you, the counters are trifling. They double dip wax sticks and when they tint your eyebrows they don’t clean the brush and re use the brushes. The ladies Ann and ivy had the brushes in their side pockets on their pants! Very unsanitary I don’t like it. Compared to nail shops that I’m used to I get complimentary drinks with a clean space , not getting serviced having to watch out for bugs or something being dirty. I recently seen a few post on social media about Ivy who does brows good. I ONLY gave Ivy a try because I couldn't male it to where, I normally get my brows done. Long story short, I showed Ivy a pic and told her how I wanted my brows. I'm not sure why she couldn't understand or produce the results I wanted. I literally showed her three different pics of my brows and how I wanted them. NEVER AGAIN. This is why I stick to my people.
