Terrible customer service! I would not recommend this place!
Kathy did wonderful job on my pedicure today. I definitely come back for Kathy and Mai. They do best pedicure in Jacksonville. Thank you so much ladies.
I wish I could leave a ZERO but I can't. NAIL WOLRD should be called NAIL HELL. This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. You call and book an appointment but when you get there they either want you to wait an additional 30-45 mins or they tell you to come back. When I say they, I am rereferring to nail Tech Polly mostly because I have been going to her and she has done this 9 out 10 appointments. Really good service. The two times I've been there, it's been a great experience not only with a full set but also with a pedicure. I definitely recommend this place!
