I have never been so disappointed with a nail tech in my life. He seemed unhappy to be there, rushed through my pedi, and cut me twice. While another tech reacted with concern when I winced, my tech acted as though nothing happened. Both times! I also noticed all the techs offered their clients a drink...except mine. And the actual polish job was sloppy! Very poor experience.

There are a million places I could go to get my nails done but I will always come here. Friendly staff that always caters to what I want. They are amazing people!! The facility and services are top notch! Happy 2 years guys!!
I love getting my nails done here. Ashely is so amazing and I am always beyond happy! It's a beautiful environment and the employees are more like friends! I recommend everyone come here for the best nail experience!!!

Love going here to get my nails done! The service is always great and I'm always satisfied with everything. It is a beautiful place and the prices are definitely fair. I'm so glad that Jacksonville has a place like Purlux!
