I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Purlux. Their customer service is amazing and the staff is very friendly. I have never been disappointed with my manicure or pedicure. Thank you, Ashley and crew for all you do!
I have been to multiple nail salons...and this is my absolute favorite!! They don't hurt my nails as they are doing them which is my biggest issues with getting my nails done!! Definitely where I will always go!
I have been twice for pedicures. The first time was good, but yesterday was the worst pedicure I've ever had. The leave you waiting for forever, the water was cold, she trimmed my nails and it felt like she was ripping them off. The massage was non-existent. The employees were rude, didn't speak to us and sat and spoke in their language to the the tech next to them. I will NEVER go back!
love love love. If you get your nails done ask for Ashley and if you get a pedicure ask for Cass. (sorry if I misspelled their names) great experience, Ashley is very talented.
