I am a regular customer and have had nothing but positive experiences with Ashley and all the other staff. They are very accommodating when I need to get in! And, Ashley has more than once started on my nails while I sat in the pedi chair b/c I was limited on time but needed both services!

Gal wasn't happy that I picked the $28 Basic Pedi instead of the $37 Deluxe.. I didn't realize that an ankle scrub came with a pedi. She used that porous pad on my heals and was talking over her shoulder and she scraped my ankle. I jerked my foot back and she scowled at me, grabbed my foot and continued scraping my ankle while still talking over her shoulder. I yelled OUCH and she threw the pad down. I was a walk in and was in a chair within 5 minutes. I just wanted my real nails painted with shellac but the tech insisted I get a full on manicure. I agreed reluctantly but she did a nice job. When it came time to paint my nails she started with the color I picked, and then claimed there was something wrong with it so she found the closest color she could to the one I picked.
