I love this salon ! I was greeted kindly, offered a beverage. The salon is very clean, artsy , and a great selection of nail colors I have never seen! Tabitha was very meticulous, and took great care with my feet, gel pedi, and hands for my medium length Gel-X application, we spent some time deciding on a color and length, and her creative vision for my nail art was on point. ** This is a follow up to a previous review, after an unfortunate previous experience. Hannah reached out to me to inquire about my experience. She was understanding, apologetic and kind in addressing my concerns and finding a solution. I came in today for a follow up pedicure and She worked absolute miracles and changed my complete view. This was my 2nd visit and it was not a pleasant one. I tried to give a new tech a chance on my pedicure and it went horribly. She was far more focused on being chatty with me instead of focusing on my pedicure. She disregarded my requests for her to be more attentive while trimming my cuticles. She instead made light of it and remarked about sensitivity, which ultimately resulted in her drawing blood from one toe. It's been 2 days since my pedicure and it looks like nothing was done. I’m visiting for work and was way overdue for a mani/pedi (like months overdue…) so I called Nail Therapy since they were closest to my hotel. They were able to get me in right away, which I was so grateful for. Had such a lovely experience with Shanlyn! I left super relaxed with beautiful nails and had such a nice conversation with her. Truly the highlight of this trip and look forward to coming back!
