I don’t know where to start but I came in for pedicure and acrylic on my toes it was very slow when I arrived maybe 1 other customer first things first I asked the prices for a basic French tip and pedicure they charged me 100$ for pedicure and French tip which is very expensive!! I also mentioned I was on a budget , further more I spent 2-3hrs in this salon once a few more customers came in outside of kids running around crying and touching the nail supplies used for customers the nail artist started rushing and not paying ... read more
Horrible job on nails!!! Went in for powder dip full set, and the girl that did them left them horribly lumpy, cute twice and took over two hours, couldn’t under two words of English so she didn’t even do them at all the shape or length I’d asked for! Still lumpy and crooked after she re-did 5 nails! Rude staff on top of it all and charged me $70 for the worst nail job I’ve ever had in my life :(
Visiting from out of town, I went here because it was nearby. Pedicure was done well however my dip powder manicure leaves room for improvement. And they charge for every little thing. I was charged because one of my nails was chipped. The nail tech kept nicking me with the nail drill. Also my cuticles were clipped to the point I have sores on my fingers. I’ve never had that happen while getting a manicure. When my nails were done, I was left with dip powder all around my nails. Do not recommend.
Just wanted nice gel nails after being bed-bound from surgery for so long and right after a nice haircut next door, but left feeling unsatisfied with two cuticles bleeding. I guess I'll just do my own nails or travel farther for better service.
If I could give this salon 0 stars, I would. I came here only to have my acrylic nails removed, and I left in pain and feeling completely mistreated. I do not recommend seeing Nancy. She was extremely rough while removing my acrylics. I told her several times that she was hurting me, but she continued without slowing down, checking on me, or apologizing.
