Absolutely terrible. I went in for a brow and chin wax since it was on my route home and left feeling like they had price gauged me since I’ve didn’t ask for the price upfront and I was the only one in the shop; I’ve never paid $25 for those 2 services only and when I asked if they had a price list I could cross check, she claims they didn’t. As if that wasn’t enough, they clearly didn’t know what they were doing and/or their wax wasn’t sanitary because I’ve got what appears to be burns on both sides of my chin and I recall ... read more
The worst treatment I have ever experienced in my life was in this place. Money is more important than the service itself, and there is no kind of respect, clarity, or appreciation.
I've been a customer at Nail Star for over 10 years and every visit has been outstanding! I highly recommend their services!
They discriminate against people with long nails which are usually black women. Owner refuses any customer with nails beyond finger tip. Don't recommend this location.
