Ugh things have been less then desirable Concerning the astronomical rate and less than subpar quality of service.
Wonderful experience! My friend has nerve damage in her pinky finger and nail tech was very careful and understanding... we will be back!

Definitely recommend this place, my personal favorite in Wooster to get my nails done. The price isn't bad, about average for the places in the area I've been to. Great atmosphere, beautiful results.
I got a pedicure and a Gel manicure last week. Very expensive. $91. Now, 5 days later, all my nails have defects. Gel already peeling, there were bumps immediately and many of the nails not fully covered. The tips already show a lot of wear. Very disappointed I was hoping to find a new salon. Guess I’ll keep looking.
I’ve been going to nail spa and salon for a little while off and on. I’m not a regular to keep up with my nails but every time I leave I am beyond amazed at how great my nails look and how long they end up lasting. Olivia just did a dip on me for the first time and I am already in love with how they look and feel.
Sloppy mani pedi today. Told the technician it wasn’t the greatest mani. She says sorry. And I had to pay for it. Seemed like the products were sticky and bottles of polish were empty.
