AWFUL! Made an appointment for a manicure and sat and waited 15 minutes. I made the appointment because I am on a time frame. If they can't accommodate appointments they shouldn't allow them.
Just got a full set of nails...Vi did an awesome job and the place is beautiful!!

Nail Spa and Salon is by far my favorite salon in the Wooster area! I have been going there for 8 years.. I started with them when it was simply Nail Spa and I followed them across the street as it transitioned into Nail Spa and Salon. They truly have amazing owners and a fantastic staff.
