I went to nailspa in the Ladera center for the first time. First of all they are more expensive than other near by nail shops, I got a gel manicure, 3 days later on nail chipped so I went back to ask to have it fixed. The manager asked me for a receipt. I told her I don't have a receipt she wanted to know who did my nails I said I don't know, the person didn't introduce herself. She (the manager was very rude and she was very disrespectful. Went to get my nails done and absolutely loved the work and service! Everyone is kind and they make sure you're being taken care of. I showed them an inspiration picture and they quickly spoke to their techs to see she would be willing to try and I'm so glad she did! Tra did such a great job! I highly recommend and will be going back for a new set! (GelX)
