My past 2 times at Nail Spa I've gotten bio-gel over acrylics or gel-x and I'm in love with the outcome. Amy did my nails both times and did an amazing job with the designs as well. Not only that but she's friendly and personable. She also really cares about the health of your nails. I normally have a picking problem and I feel judged whenever I get my nails done, but she made me comfortable and non-judged throughout my first and second appointment(s) that I had with her. Unprofessional, awful experience bunch of rude people decided to start a nail salon business. I went there and two bullies did my nails hand and feet. I regret that I chose this place.
I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a few years now. It’s conveniently located, which makes it a go-to option when I’m in a pinch. While it’s not my first choice—especially for bio gel manicures, which have often turned out uneven—I still stop in occasionally when my preferred salon is fully booked. I was looking forward to a pedicure and some relaxing time. I was so disappointed with the service I received today and will never go back. The water to sock the feet was cold. I asked if it’s possible to have hot water then they start looking at me weird, the girl who did my pedicure was probably new, she didn’t know what she was doing , she cut me and I start bleeding , her nail file was used, I could see that and she proceeded to use it on me.
