I clearly said gel manicure and gel pedicure!! She apparently didn't understood
Extremely rude & very poor, 0 quality service! Half fast jobs & they did such a horrible job on my daughter’s nails!! Never going to this unethical place ever again!!!! Shame on them!!
I have witnessed a nail tech working on someone with fungus on both big toes and later on proceeded to work on another client without disinfecting or sanitizing their equipment such as nail clips etc… I will never go back.
My past 2 times at Nail Spa I've gotten bio-gel over acrylics or gel-x and I'm in love with the outcome. Amy did my nails both times and did an amazing job with the designs as well. Not only that but she's friendly and personable. She also really cares about the health of your nails. I normally have a picking problem and I feel judged whenever I get my nails done, but she made me comfortable and non-judged throughout my first and second appointment(s) that I had with her.
