Unprofessional, awful experience bunch of rude people decided to start a nail salon business. I went there and two bullies did my nails hand and feet. I regret that I chose this place.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a few years now. It’s conveniently located, which makes it a go-to option when I’m in a pinch. While it’s not my first choice—especially for bio gel manicures, which have often turned out uneven—I still stop in occasionally when my preferred salon is fully booked. I did find one nail artist here who was incredibly talented with acrylics and nail art, but unfortunately, she didn’t stay long. I was looking forward to a pedicure and some relaxing time. I was so disappointed with the service I received today and will never go back. The water to sock the feet was cold. I asked if it’s possible to have hot water then they start looking at me weird, the girl who did my pedicure was probably new, she didn’t know what she was doing , she cut me and I start bleeding , her nail file was used, I could see that and she proceeded to use it on me. Honestly I have tried a few techs at this place…hands down Jenny is the best. If you need your nails done- request her. The work is always great, lasts, and 45 mins if you need a manicure. I have had other techs’ work bubble or lift and take well over an hr. I come here just for Jenny- she is simply the best.

Demonstrated blatant racism to my colored friend who came to get her nails done with me. The nail techs took 3 other walk-in white people before doing my friend’s nails, despite us having an appointment. I asked for them to start on her nails 5 times before someone actually came to her, and it was clear that all the nail techs were reluctant to start on her.
