Very disappointed in Ellie Nail spa: called at 1240, told to come in at 130pm for a mani&pedi. Arrived at 125, sat til 150 until I was taken to a pedi chair. Waited for over 10 min with my feet soaking until a few minutes ago when someone who came in 20 min after me was brought over and started getting her pedicure right away. I understand they are busy but when I call, wait past the time I was told to come in and someone else is taken care of before me...that's horrible customer service. Great place! My shellac manicure always lasts weeks.
They are always so fast and friendly! I recommend an appointment but they do take walk-ins.
I've been a customer since the first week they opened years ago! Everyone is incredibly friendly, and great at what they do, regardless of what service you get, or what technician. The salon is always very clean, and they have a great selection of colors/shellac. They are pretty popular, so I recommend making an appointment!
