This was my first experience here and I was completely blown away. I immediately felt welcomed and was sat down quickly. Everyone was super professional, kind and super informative. I got gel nails today, but the gentleman who began my manicure absolutely sold me on SNS. Tiffany did an absolutely amazing job making my hands look and feel beautiful. I went here for a while but the owner gets real comfortable with you and will rudely make comments to you. because I am particular with my nails I always got negative comments from her. Also I wanted to cancel my pedicure one day because I wouldn’t be finished on time when I asked to cancel she was upset so I had someone to take me anyway and then they rushed the service. I've been going steadily for about a year now, getting SNS and pedicure (provided by various staff). It's a no frills place but the work is consistently high quality. Booking appointments is very easy w/ online booking and text confirmations. The staff is genuine and kind and the atmosphere is always relaxed and pleasant.

Tiffany is the absolute BEST. She always does an amazing job on my nails. I love their pedicures. They do so much more than the average nail salon. One of the highlights is an awesome leg massage and a hot towel before the toenails are painted. That is included. No additional charge. Most nail salons charge extra for these services. Nail Shack has excellent customer service.
