A guy gave me the ring of fire, also nipped at my cuticles multiple times until it bled repeatedly. Thought this was normal, since I have never gotten my nails done before until now. Gel began to peel two days after their finish, the rest were taken off after I noticed a dark ring starting to form beneath my nail. I removed the rest out of concern after noticing the pigmentation, and my cuticle began to scar a few days after the nail appointment. I love this salon so much. I always go to Dalila because she does a fantastic job. Every design I show her she make them flawlessly for me. I recommend this place specially Dalila to everyone that plans to go here.

They were rude and the lady there was extremely pushy. I specifically asked for just a manicure, but she kept insisting that I get a pedicure too. During the manicure, she cut me and it bled. She just kept working as if nothing happened and then sprayed it with alcohol. I felt like she was rushing and was not careful at all. My friend also had a bad experience. This standard salon in the Palisades mall is convenient & consistent, and almost always has a chair available if you’re a walk-in. I’ve come here every couple of months for about two years, I never make an appointment. I’ve done spa pedis, regular/gel polish mani-pedis, and gotten full sets of both gel and acrylics. I find it easy, quick and I’ve never had a bad experience.
