My favorite nail place! The staff are all so nice and they do an amazing job every time!
I’ve noticed a consistent pattern in the negative reviews—overcharging, poor customer service, and dissatisfaction with the final results. What stands out even more is how the owner responds, often coming across as aggressive… assuming they can’t take the criticism. Because of that, I’ve decided not to make an appointment. Terrible customer service. The owner told me I was being “too picky” about my own nails, which was frustrating and unprofessional. On top of that, I was overcharged. The results were honestly awful. I didn’t ask for anything complicated, just a simple ombré. What made the experience even worse was the time. I was there for five and a half hours for a basic nail set and a toe polish. There’s no reason a service like that should take that long. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
First time going here and i must say im impressed, she took her time and didnt feel like she rushed to get me out at all. As soon as i went in they greeted and asked what i needed done. It definitely will be my new place from now on.
The owner Brandi does my nails as I am very picky. She does a wonderful job every time as really cares about her clients.
