I've been coming here since I was in high school , to get my nails toes and eyebrows done. Today I went in for an eyebrow waxing and I left highly unsatisfied. One of my eyebrows was thicker then the other even after pointing it out and then I had wax all over my face still even after she put the baby oil on my eyebrows to get any excess off. I'm highly dissapointed considering I usually never have a problem.
I've been going to nails n rays for almost 15 years off and on. Typically they do really well, only a few minor issues here and there. But on Friday of last week I went in. It was busy and I didn't have an appointment but they got me right in. My nails were done very very poorly and they started to peel after 2 days. I went in to get them fixed....there were 3 people there working and only two of them had customers. This evening after work, I had a migraine and wanted to see if a pedicure would help me along with the massage chair. I feel so blessed to have been there, the staff let me use their massage chair for as long as I wanted. How super nice they are!
I've been going there for 7 years. The people are nice and they do a great job.
