Had my nails done yesterday, they look AWFUL!!! I wasn't ask about the length, she was on the phone. I'm going to look for a different place to go. Although I hardly ever have my nails done, I really did expect a better outcome 😥

I have gone there several times over the years and was pleased. Today, went for a pedi and while I was waiting for someone to become available, I watched a girl having hers. The girl doing the pedi was very good, gave her a lengthy leg/foot rub (which I was looking forward to) and also put hot towels on her legs while her polish dried. The girl who did my pedi quickly did it, 1 minute rub, no towel and was ushered out the door. Did not want to leave a tip as I didn't think she deserved one. I’ve been going here for a very long time with no problems. About 5 or so days ago I went in and got acrylics put on... They did not look good at all and you could see many places that were messed up and the next day my nails were so sore and a couple of the nails started to become loose and two fell after two days.
