After a glowing recommendation from a friend, I made an appt for a fill after having a not so great experience at a different local salon. Needless to say I will be back! Lynn did an excellent job and was so lovely. She was quick but didn't sacrifice quality. I told her after paying I would love to book with her again and she seemed thrilled!
The nail techs at Nail Lounge & Lash are generally wonderful, especially Ken, who consistently does an excellent job. However, my experience has been inconsistent at times. On multiple occasions, I’ve scheduled an appointment with a specific nail tech, only to arrive and be told they’re unavailable. I’m then placed with a new or less experienced technician, which has led to disappointing results. Anna, literally, it's the best lash artist in all the land. They look natural, full, and retention is amazing!!🩷🧡
Really loved my nails and the atmosphere was so amazing. These nails were a nice rebound from my other nails.
Staff is all polite, kind, helpful and not pushy, which I appreciate. I had my appointment at 7pm and it was so nice quiet and relaxing I almost fell asleep during my pedicure. Thank you very much for a great experience
