This was my first time getting my nails professionally done and I let them know that. The guy who did my nails was very rude, would not explain things when I asked questions like what is involved in having the cuticles done etc. and left my nails looking nothing like the picture I showed him. He hurt me several times and when I left I was in tears over the appearance.
