nails are uneven. there’s little hairs all under the polish. took them 30 minutes and several several attempts to draw a flower and still wasn’t able to. never wanted to take nails off so bad in my life. oh and then overcharged me and couldn’t explain where the extra $20 came from.
Right off the bat, I noticed the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Ashley did my nails and paid very close attention to the little details (like underneath the nail!!) anytime I’ve went anywhere else I spend the next week digging things out from under my nails, but that ain’t gonna happen here. Then I moved over to the pedicure chair where Lily went to work on my feet like a pro!!! I appreciated her kindness and thoroughness as well! 10/10 totally recommend!!!!

Fair prices and good customer service along with a nice outcome, but nicked me on my index and ring finger.
