I used to love this place but it’s seriously went down hill, been coming here since they’ve opened been a regular. Last time I was met with bad shaping , unprofessional work , and bad attitude, aggressive and harsh filing . when i wanted to look at my nails I was told that I wasn’t allowed to look . I was dragged by my arm to show the girl next to my nail tech my nails . nails are uneven. there’s little hairs all under the polish. took them 30 minutes and several several attempts to draw a flower and still wasn’t able to. never wanted to take nails off so bad in my life. oh and then overcharged me and couldn’t explain where the extra $20 came from.

Right off the bat, I noticed the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Ashley did my nails and paid very close attention to the little details (like underneath the nail!!) anytime I’ve went anywhere else I spend the next week digging things out from under my nails, but that ain’t gonna happen here. Then I moved over to the pedicure chair where Lily went to work on my feet like a pro!!! I appreciated her kindness and thoroughness as well! 10/10 totally recommend!!!!
