I made an appointment for 1150 am . I arrived and was told the lady I booked with took a walk in and there was no one to do my nails . I was told I could reschedule for a different time . I asked if they usually took walk ins before appointments and was told no ! I booked online and even called to confirm my appointment. If I wanted a different time I would have booked a different time .
I love my girl, Sam! She’s so kind & is always on point with my Nail’s & Pedi’s💕
Pedicure wasn’t good. Didn’t use the foot scraper. And even when asked, it was barely used.a waste of money.
