I walked in 2 days ago to see if anything changed in customer service. There was no attempt whatsoever to great me. Only 2 of 4 employees were busy. Was told they had appointments and nothing available. It was clear they could care less for the business. It was 10:15am. Out of curiosity after leaving and checked appt availability on their app and could have booked a 11am appt. Why should I give a rude business my money?
