I had a scheduled appt; they seemed surprised and put out when I walked in (right at opening); there were 4-5 technicians. I just felt like everything I asked for was a burden for them; like where the bathroom was, or where the colors for gel were; I felt rushed. The technician that did my toes was visibly upset when I didn’t choose the deluxe pedicure over the basic when I told her I needed my calluses for my workouts and combat boots. I love this nail salon. JP did my nails and he’s very quick and held a good conversation. The pricing is good and the work is good as well !
