My daughter scheduled an appointment for this past Saturday at 9 am. She showed up right at 9 to find the door, was locked, no employees were inside, and she hadn’t received a call / text saying her appointment was cancelled. After reaching out to them she was told that the worker was supposedly running late to open the store up. After waiting in her car for 15 minutes she decided to leave. Never received an apology from the worker / store owner. Very disappointing.
Walked in 10 minutes early to my appt was told to pick out my color waited 20 minutes after my appt and nothing was said about I'm running late give me a few moments nothing I won't be going back!
Messed up my sisters appointment. There was only one girl there to do nails(on a Friday). After waiting 20 minutes, she ended up not even getting any of her services done because the girl said something along the lines of “I’m not doing her, we don’t deal with people like that.” Mind you she leaves for vacation tomorrow and now has no time to get them done. It was completely unprofessional and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Sylvia was very nice as well as fun during my 2 hour appointment. Love my Spa gel manicure and pedicure!
Tangela was great! she was extremely professional and the shop was very clean. She made my 8 year old niece and me feel very comfortable and did great work. I will definitely be back.
