I am absolutely crushed. I’ve been going to this salon for quite a while. My nail techs have been absolutely amazing! I would even go so far as to say the best nail techs i have ever had! Diana and Lyn #3 are nothing short of amazing!!!! (If you are going to chance going to this place - request one of them!) However, the salon product has changed. Very clean nail salon with a really friendly staff. Prices are great along with the quality of work.
I had a 10am appointment, got there a few minutes early, signed in, picked my color and sat down. 20+ minutes later, no greeting or acknowledgment, no checking in or update on my appointment. Obviously does not care about client experience or customer service.
