Ive gone to nail essence and it seems they are getting worse with time. I got my nails done and less than 24 hours later my nails started chipping. i went back and asked them to redo it since 4 of my nails have started to chip, and they insinuated it was my fault and was very rude. They would only redo the nails that were chipped even though i asked for a whole redo ( it was just regular polish) . Now i am two days since getting my nails done and my nails are chipped again. Im very dissapointed. I will never go back.
Daughter Went to get her nails done waited way too long and they came out bad and horrible. She even started to get upset and cry.
The last two times I have gone they have screwed up my appointment time and then blame me. The customer service is 0 and the women who worked should speak english when answering the phone. Waited a hour first visit and walk out. The place smellls so bad. It is hard to breath. I don’t recommend the nail place At all. nothing but a headache
