Went yesterday to get a pedicure. After my pedi I noticed my feet were sore and burning. I noticed on the bottom of my feet had gashes on the side of my feet. Whoever did my pedi used that cheese grater thing in the bottom my feet and basically tore my feet up. Won’t be back ever again. I’ve never had a pedicure like this in my life.

I'm sorry that this happend to you. We didn't mean that. Some customers have dry skin and we try the best we can to remove it. Maybe your skin is sensitive.You can put a thin layer of Neosporin several times to heal it. Hope you feel better soon.

Very friendly but horrible nails... manager offered to fix them but she had attitude and wanted to charge me extra for fixing what they messed up smh!!! I did not agree to pay full price but at least half for the time... manager called security on me now I’m banned lol oh well lesson learned, never going back!
Horrible results! Nails are crooked and not measured correctly. The guy hurt my cuticles with the sander! WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
I got my nails done here a few days ago and somehow (this has never happened to me before) the acrylics have lifted. Not physically coming off, but the very bottom part of them at my cuticle has lifted about a centimeter so my whole nail is acrylic except for about a centimeter at the bottom which is my real nail now! This is ridiculous! The guy also cut my fingers two different times when using the shaper tool and hardly did anything to help, didn't even apologize. I used to be a receptionist at a nail salon for a couple years.. So I know how it's suppose to be done. I asked for gel bias and after asking for a third layer of color I still had dark spots where the gel was not covered my nail fully. She didn't clean up the sides so I had several nails with dry gel polish all over my skin and cuticles, when I asked her to fix it she argued with me saying it was my nail. The person started the water for my pedicure and left it cold. A guy came over and took over, making the water hot. He griped about having to remove nail polish, didn't like my choice of color and messed up one of my nails when he was putting on my shoe, but wouldn't fix it. Service here stinks and I wouldn't recommend it someone I don't like.
I don't know y the last post say awful things about a good place like this. Got proved ? Well they have website or Facebook. Go there and check it out !!!
