I got a full set of black glitter on Friday, Saturday night one of the polishes peeled halfway off of 2 nails! I went in Monday to have them fixed and she fixed them no problem but while I was there she screamed at her employee (this was very rude and unprofessional) while myself and 2 other customers were present. She continued to yell and belittle the employee on front of us for several minutes. Sooo, I normally don’t do this but I’m a little fed up and just felt like everyone else should be aware to not waste their money at nail club in Dayton... I went to a nail salon in Chattanooga before the wedding and they done great. I decided last minute to go the day before thanksgiving to get my nails done here in Dayton. I will not be back. The first time I came there was wonderful, I had the blonde lady. But my most recent experience was terrible. My nails look like a 10 year old painted them... will be finding somewhere else.
Wonderful staff, always does a great job my daughter & I always enjoy our time here
They have poor scheduling services their wait is too long , I’ve been waiting on my eyebrows for 45mins !!
