I had a terrible customer service experience. I booked online with Tracy but she was double booked as they did not see my booking. She was doing my nails when she realized her other customer had arrived. Rather than finishing my nails & apologizing to the other customer, she stopped doing my nails to do the other woman’s & asked me to wait. I then left and finished my nails at another salon. Booked twice with prefered nail tech but when I arrived they will assign somebody else to me. What is the purpose of choosing who I want to do my nails when I get to the shop they will just assign somebody else? Last time I went somebody did my toenails and paid extra 10 because she put clear polish without even asking if I want it. Even if this shop is close to where I live, I will not go back here.
Love the girls here, they are always so happy and ready to please. They do a great job, I see Anna and have for many ears. Mary
I always have a great experience here! My nail tech, Anna, is amazing. She truly takes her time with every appointment, and I never feel rushed. Her attention to detail shows in her work my nails come out perfect every time. Highly recommend
