Family oriented, professional, clean and friendly. I always walk out walk.
They are so professional and friendly. The first time I had services here was in 2010 and when I came back a year later they still remembered my name. I travel 20 minutes because they're the best!! I usually request Tina and she treats me like royalty!!! Actually they all do!!! I'll NEVER go anywhere else unless I move away!!!
They have amazing pedicures. I highly recommend them!
I won’t be going back here, just got my nails done with dip and it looks like a 5 year old did them � they are super thick and way shorter than what I asked for. The lady put for layers of dip on my fingers, And it looks extremely bad.
This is the only nail salon I use in Louisville now. Staff is extremely friendly and I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes after walking in without an appointment. My dip manicure always looks great and it’s a great price!
I love Nailbox! For years I had been going to places that did an ok job and they never remembered me or made me feel welcome. Everyone that works here is so friendly, always smiling and goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. So happy I found Nailbox! Also added bonus of waxing and lash extensions...just when I thought it couldn't get any better! Well Done
I went today for the first time during a break I had. I asked for 3 coats of dip color bc I tend to have a spot that breaks every time if I don't. My nails are so thick! There was no filing the top down after all the processes. He knicked me several times and also took the dremil underneath my which has made my nail bed separate from my nail.
