I’ve been going to the nail box for 5+ years and have always received great quality work and been treated with respect. I was present for the previous review and witnessed a normal conversation between the nail technician and customer, until it became time to pay. The previous customer became loud and cussed at the nail box employees, causing a scene and then threatened to leave without paying. I came in on 12/21 for the first time (felt like I cheated on my regular nail place) and Karen messed up my shape from the very beginning. I picked out white to go over my acrylic tips. And when i was done i walked outside the white was actually pink!!! I paid $50! I now was rescheduled for two days away to fix the color and shape. When i walked in everything was great.
